Baked in-house each day, this duo of warm, smoky ember bread and classic Irish soda bread is served with classic salted butter and aioli for a simple, soulful start to any meal. Other favourites include our Cauliflower Bhaji, Hereford Beef Tartare, Duck Liver Parfait and our Queenie Scallops, pan-seared and served with chilli, garlic, and salty fingers.
From the Wood Oven & Grill, we’ve got lots more to tempt you. Our Forerib of Beef & Bone Marrow Cheeseburger is a showstopper of a burger. Juicy fore rib beef, molten bone marrow, and a beef-fat brioche bun served with chips. It’s messy, luxurious, and utterly memorable. Another classic is the Sugar Pit Pork. Slow-cooked until yielding, the pork is paired with black bean purée, pico de gallo, and sour cream, while our Coal-Roasted Monkfish is cooked over coal for a beautiful char.
