For example, start your flavourful journey with one of our signature cocktails like the Clover Club, a refreshing mix of Beefeater gin, raspberries, lemon, and egg whites, or treat yourself to a Black Velvet: a perfect fusion of Guinness and Piper Heidsieck Blanc-de-Blanc. Once a drink is in hand, move on to our shareable snacks and small plates. On the menu, choose between our house-baked Ember Bread & Soda Bread served with aioli and salted butter, our Hereford Beef Tartare, topped with smoked marrow and horseradish, or super indulgent, super impressive bites like the Duck Liver Parfait with toasted soda bread and cherry chutney, or the Cauliflower Bhaji with smoked pineapple and cashew cream.
When it’s time for something heartier, our wood-fired and grilled dishes truly define who we are and what we do.
