Our cuts include 250g Flat Iron Steak, served with onion purée, chips, and your choice of sauce. 350g Dry Aged Sirloin Steak, served with crisp onion rings and a sauce of your choosing. Or, 1kg Côte de Boeuf. A showstopper to share, served with onion rings, bone marrow, garlic, and a delightful horseradish butter.
