About Us

Three Titans of Irish Hospitality, creating a bar in London that they want to drink at.

Tony Gibney, Richard Corrigan and John Nugent share an ethos of traditional Irish hospitality, where customers become friends. Mixing the spirit and hospitality of a backstreet Irish boozer, the inventive food of a top restaurant and the welcome you’d expect from your local, but in five-star surroundings. Gibney’s is a local melting pot for all – whether it’s drinking, dancing, watching live music and sports, or throwing a party to remember.

Upstairs at Gibney's, find our older brother Daffodil Mulligan, where you can find an ever-changing roster of inventive small plates, Irish meats cooked over the open flame, fresh seafood and more from Chef Patron Richard Corrigan.
